At Zoglnce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Zoglnce account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
